Terms & Conditions :

1. All bookings should be made by telephone or on a booking form by e-mail or post.
   
   
2. All prices quoted are inclusive.
   
   
3. Payment should be made at least 21 days prior to commencement of the course, in Pounds sterling.
   
   
4. Futures Training & Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid.
   
   
5. Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations received in writing: (At least 21 days prior to course - 100% of cost. 14-21 days prior to course - 50% of cost. Less than 14 days prior to course - no refund).
   
   
6. Failure to attend without notice will result in the full course fees being applied.
   
   
7. Candidate substitutions may not be made at any time on all courses described without prior agreement.
   
   
8. We reserve the right to amend fees and modify course materials or substitute trainers without notice.
   
   
9. For all late payments we will charge £40 per invoice plus 12% interest from the date the invoice is due for payment as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act of 1998.
