Objectives: The main aims of the course are: Knowing what types of bombs there are, what potential damage they can do and what you should do if:
You find a suspicious package or vehicle that might be a bomb.
or
Somebody telephones your site/assignment and says there is a bomb on the premises.

- Dealing with suspect Packages.
- Dealing with Threats via the telephone.
- What to do in the event of the discovery of a suspicious object.
- Carrying out effective searches.
- Improving observation skills.
On completion of the training all candidates receive a certificate of attendance.
