City and GuildsLevel 3 Qualification in delivering Conflict Management (1886).

ConflictDuration: Three days.

Cost: £395 per person.

Venue: Droitwich, across the UK or at your premises.

The SIA has specified Conflict Management training and assessment as a requirement for licensing for all security operatives who interface with the general public.

Trainers who deliver Conflict Management training for the qualifications for Licensing will be required to hold a SIA endorsed and CA accredited qualification in the delivery of scenario based Conflict Management.

There are two units for this qualification:

Unit One.
The aim of this unit is to provide an understanding of how to deal effectively with workplace violence. The learning outcomes are:

Demonstrate their ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Conflict Management into a variety of practical workplace settings.

Unit Two.
The aim of the unit is to provide basic competence to deliver scenario based Conflict Management Training. The learning outcomes are:

To achieve the City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate for the delivers in Conflict Management training candidates will need to complete units one and two.

How is it assessed? Multiple Choice examination on the principles of Conflict Management.
